  • Baking sheet

  • 2 cups brussels sprouts, cut in half
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1-2 cracks black pepper


  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • In a bowl, combine all ingredients and stir to coat brussels sprouts in the EVOO and seasoning.
  • Evenly spread the sprouts on a parchment lined baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes.
