I’m Kelly, a late 20 something year-old constantly struggling to find the balance between a career and a home life. I am the wife to my handsome best friend, Caleb, and the Mother to the sweetest four legged child named Rosie. We live in the greater Houston area of Texas where we spend most nights debating between a night out at Chili’s or turning in early at 8 P.M. My love for creating delicious, better-for-you, family friendly recipes began in 2015 when close ones asked me for the food I forced upon them at each gathering. In 2016, I decided to jump into the interwebs and I’ve been here since!
Writing and creating for you has brought me the joy I never knew was missing. While hitting the alarm each morning for my professional day job makes all my dreams come true, Wholesome Joy has helped break the evil “working girl” cycle by fueling my body the most nutritious meals to sustain day long energy and focus.
