Have you ever eaten something so much that the thought of seeing it one more time would be too soon? Yep! Me too!
Asparagus is that vegetable for me. I ate it every day for an entire year. Then, when we had Sunday steak night, I ate it twice nearly each Sunday.
Well, I found this trick: for every vegetable you swear by, but are so tired of, wrap it in bacon! Or, something like it it!
Let’s face it though, there’s not a whole lot I wouldn’t wrap in bacon.
This variation to the classic lemon pepper asparagus is life saving. Long gone are the day’s of boring asparagus detoxifying your body and HELLO to protein packed, healthy fat, and ridiculously delicious green spears!
What’s that? They’re perfect for dinner parties and date nights!?
You will not regret having this jazzed up recipe in your back pocket!
