What makes these garlic roasted sprouts so good is the oven. I don’t know what magic happens in there but when you bake brussels sprouts on a sheet pan, they crisp up and completely transform in flavor.
Take it a step further with the fresh garlic and you’re in for a serious treat.
Garlic Roasted Brussels Sprouts
- Baking sheet
- parchment paper
- 2 cups brussels sprouts, cut in half
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1-2 cracks black pepper
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a bowl, combine all ingredients and stir to coat brussels sprouts in the EVOO and seasoning.
- Evenly spread the sprouts on a parchment lined baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes.
