Garlic Roasted Brussels Sprouts 

These Brussels Sprouts are so easy to make.
They’re simple but completely finger licking appropriate.

I’ve been known to buy a bag of sprouts and have them for dinner. Most of the time, I eat them off of the baking sheet but for photo taking purposes, they look great in a white ramekin!

Garlic Roasted Brussels Sprouts
Serves: 2-4

2 cups Brussels sprouts, halved
2 Tablespoons of Olive oil
3 garlic cloves, minced
1/8 Teaspoon of Salt
1/8 Teaspoon of Pepper


  1. Preheat oven to 375°F
  2. In a bowl or on a parchment lined baking sheet, combine all ingredients.
  3. Bake on parchment paper for 15 minutes.
